We are looking for a candidate to join the team at BeFC to assist in our business development activities; to maintain current relationships and support company growth by coordinating with stakeholders.
There is no expectation for the post holder to perform staff managerial duties.
BeFC encourage and support the personal and professional development of our staff. Individual development needs will be identified through a regular review process.
From time to time, the post holder may be asked to assist with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities. This will form part of a substantive role and no additional payment for these activities should be expected.
The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) contract negotiation.
1) Identify and develop business opportunities
2) Collaborate with executives on business strategy definition
3) Coordinate with product division to develop mutually beneficial proposals
4) Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
5) Coordinate with stakeholder to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled
6) Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the pipeline
7) Maintain information up to date on the CRM
8) Report on progress of CRM, competitive landscape and market trends
9) Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the pipeline
10) Drive the end-to-end contractual process
11) Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects, existing and past clients
12) Actively participate in the creation of marketing materials including presentations, reports and data sheets
13) Ability to present to prospects and internal executives
Graduate with business or management background (at least a Master’s degree or equivalent, e.g. MBA …)
Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
Consulting, marketing or business experience of over 4 years
Problem-solving skills to propose mutually accepted solutions
Experience in planning, monitoring and managing resources
